Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of AskBrandly, an AI brand visibility monitoring service available at askbrandly.com.

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. Reselling the service without authorisation, abusive automation, security testing without permission and unlawful monitoring are prohibited.

Plans are monthly or annual subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a number of brands, prompts and scans. Extra credit packs are one-off purchases consumed per scan.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal with automatic proration. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period; no refunds for started periods unless legally required.

Reports are built from AI model answers, which are probabilistic and may vary. AskBrandly provides indicative measurement and does not guarantee rankings, mentions or commercial outcomes.

We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party incidents. Email support: hola@askbrandly.com.

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the triggering event.

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
