AskBrandly pricing: which plan to choose for AI visibility monitoring

Compare AskBrandly Starter, Growth and Agency: brands, questions, scans, reports and how to choose monthly or annual billing.

Three ascending tiers representing AskBrandly Starter, Growth and Agency plans

The best plan is not the one with the longest feature list. It is the one that matches the number of brands, questions and decisions you need to cover. AskBrandly pricing follows three clear levels: Starter to validate one brand, Growth to turn measurement into a marketing process, and Agency to operate across several clients.

This guide uses the limits published in September 2026. Always check the AskBrandly pricing section before subscribing to confirm current terms.

AskBrandly plans at a glance

  • Starter — €29/month or €290/year: 1 brand, 8 questions per brand and 6 scans per month. Includes automatic weekly scanning, a plain-language report and 3 months of history.
  • Growth — €89/month or €890/year: 5 brands, 20 questions per brand and 25 scans per month. Adds alerts, PDF exports, trends, competitor comparison and 12 months of history.
  • Agency — €249/month or €2,490/year: 25 brands, 40 questions per brand and 100 scans per month. Adds branded PDF reports, full history and priority support.

Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments. One-off packs of 10 or 50 scans are also available for temporary peaks without changing plans.

Entry plan: when Starter is enough

Starter is designed for a business that still needs to answer a fundamental question: does AI mention my brand when a potential customer asks?

Eight questions cover the primary commercial intents of one brand without creating an unmanageable query set. Six monthly scans provide a weekly reference plus room for an extra check after an important change.

Choose Starter when you manage one brand, are still validating priority queries and can review the report in the platform. It is not the right fit when you need executive PDF exports, alerts or multi-brand comparison.

Scale-up plan: when to choose Growth

Growth is the balance point for marketing teams, in-house consultants and companies operating several products or markets. It supports up to five brands, twenty questions per brand and twenty-five monthly scans.

The upgrade is not only about volume. Alerts, trends, competitor comparison and PDF exports turn isolated observations into a workflow: detect a change, identify the rival gaining visibility, inspect cited sources and share an action plan.

Growth generally fits when reports circulate through a team, reputation needs ongoing monitoring or the company wants to compare brands, regions or competitors consistently.

Premium plan: when Agency makes sense

Agency is built for client portfolios. Twenty-five brands, forty questions per brand and one hundred monthly scans let teams separate projects, deepen client coverage and maintain a professional reporting cadence.

Branded PDF reports, complete history and priority support reduce operational work. The premium value is not volume alone: it is the ability to standardise delivery, present results and preserve historical context without rebuilding every analysis each month.

Agency is the logical choice when multiple clients need reports, several people rely on the results, or the cost of preparing every delivery manually exceeds the price difference.

How to calculate the plan you need

Start with three variables:

  • Active brands: count only those you will analyse each month, not every domain your organisation owns.
  • Questions per brand: split category, comparison, alternatives, use cases, reputation and purchase intent. Eight questions validate a baseline; twenty or forty offer deeper coverage.
  • Monthly scans: decide how many checks you need after distributing them across brands and moments in the month.

Do not choose based on the theoretical maximum. Estimate normal usage and leave room for campaigns, launches or reputation incidents. If extra demand is temporary, a credit pack may be more efficient than permanently upgrading.

Monthly or annual billing

Monthly billing lowers initial commitment and works well during an operational trial. Annual billing includes the equivalent of two free months and makes sense once questions, owners and review frequency are established.

A sensible rule is to start monthly while the internal process is still forming and move to annual billing once AskBrandly is part of the regular marketing or reporting calendar. Annual savings do not justify an oversized plan.

Common mistakes when comparing AEO pricing

  • Comparing price without checking included brands, questions and scans.
  • Treating a technical domain audit as equivalent to a live assistant check.
  • Buying premium capacity without assigning someone to review actions.
  • Ignoring export and history requirements when results must reach clients.
  • Measuring too many low-value queries instead of prioritising commercial intent.

A structure designed for frictionless growth

AskBrandly's progression follows a simple logic: Starter discovers, Growth operates and Agency delivers at scale. Start with the initial audit, identify which questions matter and expand only when brand count or reporting requirements demand it.
